service provider. Uniquely known for creating exclusive consumer-first experiences with some of the world’s largest brands, the company
has strategically positioned itself as a pivotal business, project, and content developer. Creative artist/entrepreneur, Shyan Selah , founded
the company through its record label imprint and quickly began creating associate companies represented through film, fashion,
publishing, production, and media. Since then Shyan has led the company and amassed a professional executive network with over 1,000
years of total collective experience at the highest levels of sports, entertainment, education, technology, politics, community organizing,
and business.

The Black Eco Chamber is the brainchild of Shyan Selah who also serves as the program’s key Mentor/Advisor.  The Creative Entrepreneur is also the founder and CEO of Brave New World, where he’s built a boutique entertainment firm combining a record label, music and film production, marketing, and management divisions. All the while he’s maintained a unique niche in progressive outreach for youth with his non-profit organization, The Shyan Selah Foundation. The combination of his Artistic skills, Business savvy, and dynamic Community Outreach endeavors have become his trademark which has served as a catalyst in the development of a formidable business culture. Based in the Seattle market, Shyan has led his company in the development of relationships with some of Seattle’s biggest companies. Starbucks, Amazon, Microsoft, Costco, and others are all a part of a new culture and network.

Rachael has been in Seattle at Columbia Tower since April 2023, with 4.5 years experience with Invited Clubs. One of her guiding lights in joining the team at Columbia Tower is to partner with the leadership team, Board, and members at large to create visibility and strategic partnerships within greater Seattle community, while creating a safe + luxurious space for Seattle business professionals to relax + convene. Originally from Jersey and now calling the West Coast home, Rachael emerges as a seasoned leader, placing paramount emphasis on team development and training initiatives. With a wealth of experience in refining operational workflows, navigating transformative shifts, and nurturing cohesive teams, Rachael's journey reflects a profound commitment to cultivating growth and expertise.

As of Apri 2023, Rachael embarks on a thrilling new chapter as the General Manager of the esteemed Columbia Tower Club. Her dynamic and collaborative spirit radiate as she assumes this pivotal role. Beyond her professional feats, Rachael's fervor for deepening her expertise in spirits and wines is evident, with a special penchant for crafting artisanal cocktails. Her personal sphere is equally enriching, as her partner Eleazar and their two-year-old daughter Luna provide unwavering support as she conquers novel challenges.
